Who qualifies for a SIMPS wholesale account?
Registered businesses that sell or serve beverages: retailers, cafes, grocers, restaurants, bars, gift shops, caterers and drink-station operators. Every application is reviewed individually, and submitting one does not guarantee approval.
What does wholesale pricing look like?
Pricing, case configurations and order minimums are shared once your application is approved. The SIMPS wholesale team walks you through the numbers directly, so you can see exactly what the margin looks like before you commit to anything.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes. The current minimum is confirmed with you during the review, and eligible products can be mixed and matched across flavours and formats to reach it.
How long does approval take?
Usually two business days. We come back to you either way.
What happens once I am approved?
We add your business as a company in Shopify B2B and email you an invitation. Once you activate the account, your assigned pricing appears automatically on every eligible product while you are signed in.
Do you offer BIB (bag-in-box) formats?
Yes. BIB availability and pricing appear inside the wholesale catalogue once you are signed in to an approved account.
How are wholesale orders confirmed?
Orders are submitted for review before confirmation so we can check minimums, inventory and shipping. We either approve the order, contact you about adjustments, or let you know if we cannot fill it.
