SIMPS Modern Beverage ships from our shop in Kelowna, British Columbia. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days, depending on your location, order volume, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

We do our best to offer fair and affordable shipping rates, including free shipping promotions when available. However, because some Canadian and remote delivery addresses can result in unusually high shipping costs, SIMPS Modern Beverage reserves the right to review, modify, refuse, or cancel any order where shipping costs are excessive, inaccurate, unavailable, or not reasonably covered by the shipping rate shown at checkout.

This may include, but is not limited to, orders shipping to remote communities, rural delivery areas, northern regions, islands, PO boxes, or areas requiring special carrier handling.

In these cases, we may contact the customer before shipping to discuss available options, which may include:

• Paying an additional shipping fee
• Adjusting the order
• Selecting an alternate delivery address
• Cancelling the order for a full refund

If we are unable to reach the customer or agree on a suitable shipping option, SIMPS Modern Beverage reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

We appreciate your understanding. Syrups are heavy, shipping across Canada is expensive, and we always try to find the fairest solution possible before cancelling an order.
