As I keep getting these dang emails, maybe rating them 1 star will make them stop. I'll rate when I actually receive my order. If it wasn't sent threw canada post, I would have received the package weeks ago.... stop sending constant rating emails when people haven't received their order...it's annoying

I chose the midpoint rating because I have not yet received my order of Simps syrups. I ordered them in late September (order #8111) but due to the Canada Post strike, I have no idea where my order currently is as the tracking number I was given says it cannot be found. I’m disappointed that an alternative shipping option wasn’t offered, so hopefully once the strike is resolved, my order will be delivered.
