First up, I want to say that I'm not usually a fan of lavender flavoured anything - it makes me think of soap. However I decided to get this because my boyfriend loves lavender lemonade.

So I tried this, and I am now a lavender convert. I've used it in my carbonated water with a squeeze of lime. And it makes and AMAZING latte (I add vanilla syrup to my coffee and make a lavender milk foam).

This syrup is sweet, with a subtle floral scent and flavour. NOTHING about this syrup tastes, or smells, like soap.

Unfortunately the only syrups I won’t be purchasing is any that contain Allura red and/or Brilliant blue. Remove the dangerous coloring and I will definitely purchase as I do love all your other syrups!
