Simps does an amazing job on creating really good flavors and the Lavender syrup is exceptional! The flavor is prominent; yet not overwhelming or overly strong. I have purchased this several times and it surpasses Torani or Monin in my opinion.

First up, I want to say that I'm not usually a fan of lavender flavoured anything - it makes me think of soap. However I decided to get this because my boyfriend loves lavender lemonade.

So I tried this, and I am now a lavender convert. I've used it in my carbonated water with a squeeze of lime. And it makes and AMAZING latte (I add vanilla syrup to my coffee and make a lavender milk foam).

This syrup is sweet, with a subtle floral scent and flavour. NOTHING about this syrup tastes, or smells, like soap.
