Little disappointing that I consciously chose to pay for the priority packing this time after receiving an offer the first time I tried it, just to get the same offer after I placed my order and paid full price for it.

My shipment of four (4) Simps Sugar-free Syrups was NEVER delivered and received. And it's been more thsn two (2) weeks.

I finally phoned the contact number and a Simps agent is investigating the problem and situation.

So, I am NOT happy, and still waiting for my order to be delivered. David.
