Syrup fantastic. Bad interaction with chatbot trying to get support -- it said it was sending the transcript to support and they would follow up. It didn't happen.

I am a regular Chai drinker. If it’s an option on the menu I’m ordering it. THIS IS THE BEST CHAI I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. It is honestly life changing and will hopefully never run out of this syrup in my home. If you love chai… buy this!
