If you LOVE ginger beer (and I do)... but have dispaired for finding a suger free one (also like me) you will totally love this product. Closest taste I can describe it to is like Grace's ginger beer. I also add it to ginger ale zero and it kicks it up a few notches (and saves you quite a bit of syrup).
