When we go to pick up the bottle from the counter, the liquid squirts through the pump as the bottle plastic is very thin. Either the pump should be altered to prevent fluid from being pushed up through the pump assembly or the bottles should be made such that they don't flex in under the gentle pressure required to pick the bottle up.

I mix this with SF vanilla and it makes my fav latte!

I've tried using it and mixing it with a few things. Usually it's coffee, hot and cold, buy I mixed a bit with the sugar free French Vanilla and soda water to make a 'cream soda' that was actually pretty good.
