In general, I like most things that are flavored “blue raspberry”. However, I have gotten used to a bit of a tang with fruit flavours but this one did not have that. I have found that most of the Simps fruit flavours are very sweet but missing the tang. My solution has been to use either the Simps Lemonade syrup or - to my surprise and delight!-the Simps Lemon Sour. I now mix the Blue Raspberry as well as the Pomegranate and Raspberry syrups with one of the lemon ones. I use them with soda stream water and drink them daily. I bought Crystal Lite for years but want very much to choose Canadian whenever I can. Simps has proved to be a good option but I have to do some mixing to get the flavour I really want. Maybe an idea for your next flavour… 😊
